With the new iOS 14 update and the now-old Android 10 update, both Google and Apple stole some features from each and other. Want to know which are those features? Scroll down!

iOS from Android

Picture in Picture: This feature was available in Android on TVs and the old-2017 Oreo update, but came to iOS only in the new version. But Apple does it better with a hiding option.

Widgets: Widgets was the one of the biggest change in iOS 14 which was already available from the first day of Android. Still the widgets are only from Apple apps and only support 3 sizes while on the Android side, the feature is widely used by 3rd party apps and can be resized as your wish.

App Clips: This new feature on iOS means that you can use short version of apps without downloading but by scanning a code or using NFC tags. A similar feature is on Android named instant apps.

App drawer or the 'App library': Oh, we all know it! Available on Android from the first version.

Default Apps: Still not perfect on iOS.

Android from iOS

Gesture Navigation: Apple was company that implemented gesture navigation ( only after Ubuntu Touch), on the iPhone X. On Android 9, Google first tried to find a competition to this, but still there was 2 buttons. But with Android 10, they copied iPhone features totally.

Conclusion

Android didn't copied much from iOS, only the gestures. But iOS copied about 5 main features from Android. Anyway, don't forget to share your thoughts in the comments!
